Freeman Not Ready To Retire
There is a wonderful article in the Chicago Tribune that actually came from LA-about Morgan Freeman and the new movie., “Going in Style”. I haven’t seen the movie but the article is great and I will see it
soon.
I hope you all will take the time to read it– because it really sums up my belief in the last question :
Q. Any words of advice for older actors who they’re struggling to get hired?
A. I can’t speak to that. I don’t know anything about the struggle of being an older actor. I know the
struggle of being a younger actor. (Laughs)
I am not quite as old as Freeman, but I know that struggle of being a younger person–and we should all
keep enjoying and playing the game of life–whatever game you choose.
